The security and privacy of our clients, and our client's clients, data is critically important to us. We've baked in leading-edge security measures from the ground up to ensure that only the right people and approved devices can access your company's information in Dronedesk.

As standard, Dronedesk encrypts certain PII (Personal Identification Information) data at rest, including but not limited to; passwords, email addresses and client names. The added benefit of this approach is that no malicious actor, or anyone else, will have access to an unencrypted view of your, or your client's, sensitive data. For them to decrypt the data would be hugely computationally demanding and would take so long it simply wouldn't be worth their effort.

Dronedesk supports the latest recommended secure cipher suites to encrypt all traffic in transit, including use of TLS 1.2 protocols, AES256 encryption, and SHA2 signatures, whenever supported by the clients. You're free to review our server security credentials here.

Our free trial is a great way to try out our product and see if it's right for you. You can use all of our features for free for days, with no risk and no obligation to subscribe. We do ask for payment details when you sign up because that helps us ensure you're a legitimate business. However, your card will not be charged until you reach the end of your free trial.

You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial and you will not be charged a thing.

Cancelling is easy and you can do it from within the app - there is no need to email or call us.

If your business was using word templates and excel spreadsheets immediately before you switch to Dronedesk and you find, within days (including your free -day trial), that your job planning cycle time is not at least 10% faster, then we'll be happy to cancel your subscription without penalty and refund 100% of your last payment to us.

Well, that's not entirely true. We will ask you one question before you leave but only because feedback is our lifeblood. And that question will be "How can we make the Dronedesk flight planning cycle time even faster?".

If you've cancelled during your free trial, then we will permanently delete your data from our systems within 24 hours of your trial end date.

If you cancel your account after having a paid subscription, we will permanently delete your data from our systems around 6 months after the date of your last login.

The STARTUP plan is a low fixed rate either monthly or annually. This covers access to the system and allows you to create and manage unlimted assets, locations, clients and leads and provides reporting for flight logs etc.

The plan also allows you to create and plan up to   jobs free every month. We've found that this covers the needs of the majority of our solo startup, part-time and occasional flyer community. Unused free jobs don't roll over into the next month.

If you need to plan more than   jobs in any month, then each additional job you create and plan is charged at a one-off low fee at the end of the subscription month in which it's created.

We only charge you for additional jobs if you begin work on planning the job. This allows you to create jobs ahead of time if needed and only pay when you plan them in detail. Oh and there's no charge for any jobs you create during your free trial.

The PRO plan subscription includes access for   user. When you invite more users to your account, they will receive an email asking them to register their own login under your account.

When the new users completes their registration, we will begin charging you additional per-user subscription fee. The new user subscrption will be on the same periodicity as your main account - either monthly or annually - so you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the user covering up to the end of your current subscription period.

You can change your plan at any time from within the app. That includes upgrading or downgrading, switching to annual from monthly and vice versa, and cancelling your account. Any change in cost is pro-rated.

We offer a free trial on all plans so that you have an opportunity to try Dronedesk out and decide if it's right for your business. You can cancel free of charge at any time during your trial. Beyond that, we also offer a money back guarantee if Dronedesk deosn't help speed up your flight planning workflow.

If you continue to a paid subscription beyond the guarantee period and subsequently decide to cancel then, unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on monthly payments. However, if you've paid for an annual plan please get in touch and, in exceptional circumstances, we'll figure something out if possible.
