Dronedesk is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses like yours manage their drone operations. It offers a variety of features, including flight planning, asset management, maintenance logs, team management, plus flight log and compliance reporting. And much more besides!

Dronedesk can help your business save a huge amount of time and money by dramatically simplifying many of the laborious tasks involved in planning drone flights and managing drone operations.

And importantly, Dronedesk can also help you improve safety and compliance by automating data acquisition for things like weather, NOTAMs, ground hazards, and airspace intelligence.

No. There's nothing to install, all that you need to use Dronedesk is a web browser.

Dronedesk is a Progressive Web App (PWA) which means it will work on any device with a browser. And, if you open it on a phone or tablet, it will prompt you to install it as a shortcut on your home screen, meaning you'll be able to launch it from an icon as you do with native apps.

Our free trial is a great way to try out our product to see if it's right for you. You can use all of our features for free during your free trial, with no risk and no obligation to subscribe. We do ask for payment details when you sign up because that helps us ensure you're a legitimate business. However, your card will not be charged until you reach the end of your free trial.

You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial and you will not be charged a thing.

Cancelling is easy and you can do it from within the app - there is no need to email or call us.

If your business was using word templates and excel spreadsheets immediately before you switch to Dronedesk and you find, within our money-back guarantee period (including your free trial), that your job planning cycle time is not at least 50% faster, then we'll be happy to cancel your subscription without penalty and refund 100% of your last payment to us.

No questions asked.

Well, that's not entirely true. We will ask you one question before you leave but only because feedback is our lifeblood - "How can we make the Dronedesk flight planning cycle time even shorter?".

For every job that's created in Dronedesk, we retrieve over 30 different datasets from multiple providers. Those data feeds represent a large proportion of our operational costs and so we have to recoup that in order to remain viable. Limiting the number of jobs available on the STARTUP plan helps us to do that.

The STARTUP plan is a low fixed rate either monthly or annually. This covers access to the system and allows you to create and manage unlimited assets, locations, clients and leads and provides reporting for flight logs etc.

The plan also allows you to create and plan up to 3 jobs free every calendar month. We've found that this covers the needs of the majority of our solo startup, part-time and occasional flyer community.

Your job allowance resets on the first of each month. Any unused allowance doesn't roll over into the next month so if you need to plan more than 3 jobs in any calendar month, then you'd need to switch to our competitively priced, and unlimited, PRO plan.

The PRO plan subscription includes access for one user. When you invite more users to your account, they will receive an email asking them to register their own login under your account.

When the new users completes their registration, we will begin charging you additional per-user subscription fee. The new user subscription will be on the same periodicity as your main account - either monthly or annually - so you'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the user covering their access up to the end of that period.

If you need to remove a user, you're able to archive their record (for your audit trail purposes we don't allow you to delete users) which will immediately revoke their access and trigger a pro-rated credit (not a refund) to your account.

Yes. Although we do have a fair use policy. So, if you've got a global team of 150 pilots, we'll need to discuss options!

You can change your plan once per month from within the app. That includes upgrading or downgrading, switching to annual from monthly and vice versa. Any change in cost when switching plans is pro-rated. You can also cancel your subscription at any time from within the app.

As standard, all of our subscriptions are managed automatically by Stripe. You'll be able to download your invoices and receipts at any time from the app.

If your business is unable to add a payment card to the Stripe system, then we do offer the option to pay via a manual "Quote > Purchase Order > Invoice" process on 30-day payment terms. There is a an annual commitment and a minimum requirement of 25 users required to qualify for these terms. Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more.

If you've cancelled during your free trial, then we will permanently delete your data from our systems within a few days of your trial end date.

If you cancel your account after having a paid subscription, we will permanently delete your data from our systems around 6 months after the date of your last login.

If you want to retain your data you can export it prior to cancelling or, you can subscribe to our low-cost monthly "PAUSE" plan which ensures we retain your data meaning you can pick up where you left off at a later date.

We offer a free trial on all plans so that you have an opportunity to try Dronedesk out and decide if it's right for your business. You can cancel free of charge at any time during your trial. Beyond that, we also offer a money back guarantee if Dronedesk doesn't help speed up your flight planning workflow.

If you continue to a paid subscription beyond the guarantee period and subsequently decide to cancel then, unfortunately, we can't offer refunds on monthly payments. However, if you've paid for an annual plan please get in touch and, in exceptional circumstances, we'll figure something out if possible.

The security and privacy of our clients, and our client's clients, data is critically important to us. We've baked in leading-edge security measures from the ground up to ensure that only the right people and approved devices can access your company's information in Dronedesk.

As standard, Dronedesk encrypts certain PII (Personal Identification Information) data at rest, including but not limited to; passwords, email addresses and client names. The added benefit of this approach is that no malicious actor, or anyone else, will have access to an unencrypted view of your, or your client's, sensitive data. For them to decrypt the data would be hugely computationally demanding and would take so long it simply wouldn't be worth their effort.

Dronedesk supports the latest recommended secure cipher suites to encrypt all traffic in transit, including use of TLS 1.3 protocols, AES256 encryption, and SHA2 signatures, whenever supported by the clients.

Yes absolutely you can.

There are three variants of job packs which are entirely brandable and configurable by you. That means you can share every aspect of a job or just a single page summary - it's up to you.

You're able to export to PDF, print from your browser or share the job online via a unique URL (your client doesn't need a Dronedesk account to view this). Please take a look at an example shared job pack .

Yes!

You're able to connect your DJI cloud account to Dronedesk. Then, syncing your logs into Dronedesk becomes a one-button-click operation. You just need to sync your flights to the DJI cloud and then, in your job in Dronedesk, click the "Sync with DJI" button. Dronedesk will pull in and process any flight logs it finds for that job date and location.

We also enable you to upload log files from AirData, DJI, Parrot, XAG, Hammer Missions, Litchi, DroneDeploy, Drone Harmony, UgCS, Map Pilot Pro and we have an API which allows applications to push flight logs into Dronedesk - please get in touch if you'd like to find out more about that.
