Money-back guarantee terms & conditions
If a money-back guarantee ("Money-back Guarantee") was active at the time you started your initial subscription then you may have the right to request a refund of your last payment if you don't accept that Dronedesk has cut your job planning cycle time by at least 50%.
If you are the original licensee of the Software and wish to make a claim under this Money-back Guarantee, please first check that your claim meets the terms and conditions stated here. If you wish to continue with your claim, please make no further use of the Software and contact Dronedesk support with details of your claim and we'll take it from there.
Claim terms
Grey Rock Innovations Ltd. t/a Dronedesk (the "Company") warrants that if, in the time immediately before your Dronedesk subscription, you were using manual data recording methods (document templates, spreadsheets, Google maps and other apps) ("Manual Process") and, within the first days ("Notice Period") of the beginning of your subscription (inclusive of any free trial period), you determine that your flight planning cycle time (from location data entry to completion of all pre-flight checks, risk assessments and location intelligence review) has not been reduced by at least 50% versus your Manual Process cycle time, then Dronedesk will, upon your written request, issue a refund of fees* paid by you at the subscription start point or at the end of the free trial period, whichever is later.
Claims procedure
Requests ("Refund Request") for these refunds must be made in writing to the Dronedesk support team. Money-back Guarantee refunds will only be issued back to the payment method on which the original payment was made. Refunds will not accrue, and shall not be paid under any circumstances, if you do not provide the applicable Refund Request within the Notice Period.
* For refunds over 50 we reserve the right to retain 5% of the refund amount to cover the initial payment processing fees levied by our payment processor.

Revisions
This policy was last updated on 27 February 2024. The Company reserves the right to revise, or modify any or all clauses of this policy from time to time. The Directors will be the sole authority to interpret the content of this policy.
