Dronedesk is an enormous time saving platform when planning any UAS project. Everything you need is there and is easily auditable. It's a 'no brainer'. Try it, you'll see.

The software is good and covers a lot of what I need to do in terms of management of safety and client information. I think the price is fair and has removed a lot of manual planning before flights. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I don't think it was clear enough when I subscribed which features came with the subscription and which required the pro levels. I was frustrated to find that checklists, custom header etc were locked unless I paid a lot more for the pro version. I've simply gone back to my free checklist software instead so think the benefits of the higher level subscriptions, for me anyway are worth the extra cost.

Comprehensive application for managing the administration side of commercial drone projects. Covers all you will ever need, takes a bit to learn but the support offered by the creator is second to none. Realistically if you are a commercial drone pilot this is more than worth the cost and will make your life a lot easier

Dronedesk is exactly what we were after and will save us a lot of time and effort in the future. Extremely responsive support from a clearly passionate development team. The roadmap and the option to propose additions and amendments is a really nice feature.

Great labour saving system. Once you get used to the layout and approach it systematically you race through assignments, checks and upload your flight logs, which as we all know is the less glamorous part of the job. I would strongly recommend using the system and following the guidelines to get the best from the system.

The most difficult part of running a drone business for me was the planning and finding information in a timely fashion. I tried drone desk and overnight it became so easy and provided more information than originally I could. Also it made it extremely easy logging jobs, maintenance and flights whilst also keeping track of other pilots and there competencies. I will defiantly be continuing my subscription.

Im new to the UAS world and was daunted by the complexity of the paperwork involved in commercial pilot work. Dronedesk takes the headache out of all the planning and compliance before during and after every flight. I can see this being my go to platform as I build up my business. Highly recommend.

I chose Dronedesk as the platform for my company - Aerial Ashes - because it contains all the information I need for assessing and planning tasks and produces excellent 'job packs' which can be tailored to give clients all the information they need in a highly professional file. The more I use Dronedesk, the more I realise how much time it is saving without skipping any of the important assessment stages.

This is honestly the best I found since starting out with my drone! There is so much data pulled in from weather to flight zones, it allows all the planning to be recorded smoothly and even provides a template for Risk Assessments, Method Statement, Operational Notes and that isnt even scratching the surface. I can now input leads and Dronedesk will take it all the way through from quoting to invoicing and any data you need is neatly provided for financial reports, incident reporting, etc. if youre starting a drone-related business this will not only be everything you need to start but will likely be enough full stop. Lastly, the few questions Ive had where I came stuck, Dorian has quickly responded and sorted me out. Very highly recommend using the free trial to see what you think!

Dronedesk is an extremely useful, cost effective platform that allows you to improve: safety, existing workflows, procedures and save time. I've simply been able to move our documentation and systems to the platform and integrate with a similar if not, improved format.

An outstanding system for drone pilots. Using Drone Desk has saved me a considerable amount of time having all the resources I would have normally checked separately in one place. the way you can then print out a job pack which not only looks incredible but it extremely comprehensive is just brilliant. If you're a professional drone pilot or someone that likes to plan your flights in detail I guarantee you'll be blown away the first time you try Drone Desk.

What a fantastic facility, so much information available without having to go to multiple sources, it is then collated and stored in one place.. Really good value and it feels like having another team member, great for many like me who otherwise work on their own.

Then I discovered DroneDesk, and I can honestly say, it is without doubt the best admin package I've ever come across. So much thought has gone into this and it is a credit to it's creator. If you are currently in the drone industry, or just starting out, I highly recommend this superb bit of kit. It's a must.

Dronedesk streamlines your jobs from start to finish. From desktop/pre-flight surveys through to risk assessments and method statements, and logging hours and much more. A very professional package that will pay for itself by way of saving you hours of work per flight.
