Love Dronedesk, we have been using it since the very start and always been impressed with its ease of use, great UI and advanced planning features. It has a brilliant setup which produces professional looking flight plans and risk assessments, Overall I would recommend Dronedesk to any friends in the business, we will continue using it having tried other platforms in the past. Dronedesk just makes life so easy!

Very nicely set out and easy to navigate.

Prior to using Dronedesk we were using MSWord templates, which meant looking at multiple sources to create Preflight Plan and Risk Assessments. This now takes minutes instead of hours and means our whole preplanning phase is far more efficient. Repeat missions can be cloned and tweaked easily to update. Superb! The product is robust and slick, saving us hours of time and providing a quality, detailed preflight plan and RAMs. This in turn gives our customers confidence as well as ensuring we are consistently maintaining our very high levels of safety focus.

Ease of use, intuitive features and efficiency savings make this platform a must. its reduced the amount of time taken to do risk assessments by a factor of 3 and made them more comprehensive. If you have problems or need to understand anything in any great detail, Dorian is always on hand to help.

Very easy to use, everything in one place, prompts to ensure I don't miss anything, quickly track status of jobs. Really like it and would not like to have to return to doing the job without it, I have not found any comparable product.

Can taylor details to suit your organization's needs. Contact details for ATC and advice is second to none. You can print off the rams with ease. Mobile friendly. Easy to navigate. Often we are asked for RAMS and having the use of this programme just removes any anxiety towards having the right "paperwork." Everything you need is right here, and you can tailor the details to suit your organization's needs. A very valuable asset to my company and highly recommended.

The ease of use to logically research, plan and then log a drone flight is done very well, with the reassurance that all necessary records have been properly recorded whenever there is a CAA audit (I have an audit and Dronedesk made the process much less onerous than it would have been!) Anyone running a drone business will need everything Dronedesk does, from researching and scoping a job, to notifying interested parties, publishing a flight report and acknowledging all the associated risk considerations and documenting everything. Everyone should be doing all this and Dronedesk makes it simple and effective to do it. Highly recommended, I've been using it since it was launched.

One of the main pros of Dronedesk is having everything you need to complete to operate enterprise-level drones in one place. This if furthered by being able to access information from previous jobs or customers making the process more efficient as well as a downloadable RAMs PDF. I think being able to sync your flight logs from the RC onto the website is also a great time saver, so a valued feature. Overall, I think if you are working commercially or with enterprise drones, this is a must-have. It is a great way for new pilots to continue familiarizing themselves with what is needed to fly legally.

I like the Client list, location ID, the Quote and Paid Invoice part. It would be nice if more things were "default" i would like to see the Load Sheet work better Very nice and I bet the upgrades will be nice. I look forward to seeing upgrades as they develop. Maybe make it easier to transition between categories and auto save

This is a MUST HAVE for any serious UAV pilot. It is amazing software that simplifies every aspect of planning a drone mission - no stone is left unturned. I like having everything together under one umbrella, planning is made quick and easy and it even prompts you if you need to contact NATs etc. Overall I'm very happy with Dronedesk, they make job planning very easy and much quicker, price has gone up considerably since I first joined but lots of new features and improvements have been made in that time also.

Dronedesk has everything I need to help me run the administrative side of my business. I can add new customers, plan new jobs, bid the jobs, invoice them and it even has weather forecasting for the area Ill be flying in. Its very scalable but also basic enough for proficiency in a small business like mine. Overall, I would suggest Dronedesk to any drone business owner. I'm not using the program to its full potential yet but I'm sure Ill get there.
