This a great drone management app to use, if either you’re just starting out or well established in your own business having something like this where the tools you need are in one place makes sense. I’ve only been using it for a few weeks so I’m still working my way around but already happy to have all I need under the one app rather than grabbing a bunch of third party apps however good! To do the same thing. Keep up the good work. Best Wayne.

A good all round drone planning software tool, reduces time and effort to get quality plans in place.

not had much time to use it yet but features look good , there should be a one off chance to freeze subscription since a lot of low end drones are not waterproof and in the UK we do have different weather systems that kind of prevent bookings . Im not saying have several chances to freeze , but opportunity to freeze during winter months NOV-JAN , which would make app worthwhile for infrequent users like me .

The software is good and covers a lot of what I need to do in terms of management of safety and client information. I think the price is fair and has removed a lot of manual planning before flights. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I don't think it was clear enough when I subscribed which features came with the subscription and which required the pro levels. I was frustrated to find that checklists, custom header etc were locked unless I paid a lot more for the pro version. I've simply gone back to my free checklist software instead so think the benefits of the higher level subscriptions, for me anyway are worth the extra cost.

Great labour saving system. Once you get used to the layout and approach it systematically you race through assignments, checks and upload your flight logs, which as we all know is the less glamorous part of the job. I would strongly recommend using the system and following the guidelines to get the best from the system.

I have given Dronedesk 4 stars only because I havent had that much experience with using it yet, but the way things are going I am sure it will achieve 5 stars and Beyond. Im not the greatest with IT but I am finding it user friendly, to be able to access short videos to help you through a particular page is a real bonus, and of course collating all the information needed for the CAA year end.

Very well put together website, great information and extremely detailed.

On the whole I like it, planning some jobs were a fair bit easier in regards to researching local airspace users and emergency services, Also liked having the daily risk assessments pre filled out too. Being able to print a job pack with all this information was useful too However there are a couple of bits I would like to see added that would finish the product off for me. Direct DJI import - (being told its not a high priority as you can import from Airdata is a fair comment, but that costs another £6.99 a month on top of the more expensive dronedesk.) Checklists to have notes boxes to add text next to them. A tickbox to import recreational flights without having to add them to a client and location etc. So they still import and add onto our flight total and reports for CAA currency. All in all a great product with some outstanding potential

I like the relative simplicity of the software and the ease of use. I am yet to try it on mobile yet.

All the required planning information is in one place, takes away the need to be in different apps to ascertain the correct information. This reduces time spent planning operations.

It's good. It would be great to add a few features into the flight planning process. For example, we can add a flight area, but adding a 30m radius for take off and landing would be useful, particularly in urban environments. Would it be possible to port it into an App? As we're mobile operators, it would be useful to have an app on the iPad for example.

How easy it is to plan jobs with all the. Documentation pre populating.

As mentioned in my cons I still do prefer to have everything on paper, my ops manual states I would do this. So unfortunately I haven't used their planning software much as I'm worried when I come to renew my Pfco the caa won't accept my method of using Dronedesk as it is not what I stated in my ops manual that they accepted! I've contacted [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] a few times through Facebook and email and always had great customer service and he is always friendly...He even helped me out with a non Dronedesk related topic involving Photoshop and my logo!! - Still much appreciated and in use today !!! Thanks again [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! I look forward to using Dronedesk at the end of the year with my edited ops manual !
