Dronedesk is a comprehensive drone operating planning tool. It collates all the relevant information and provides reports to assist the work. It is an excellent tool, and the support is amazing.

DroneDesk is an essential software tool for Remote Pilots. It reduces the amount spent planning safe flights. The pre and post flight checks help remind you to do tasks and stick to the schedule.

Dronedesk has been a really useful platform to plan, execute and conclude my UAV operations over this passed year. The platform has become a necessary tool in my day-to-day workload, relieving a few of the many pressures to ensure each flight, commercial and recreational, are successful. Makes planning jobs and tracking clients simple and stress free. Before I used Dronedesk I had to refer to several different sites to collate all the info needed to plan drone jobs, this does it all in one.

As a new business I was struggling to find a good resource for flight records. Dronedesk provides a great platform that takes you through, and records, the whole planning process. Simple to use and the basic version free for small operators this is a fantastic resource and, as soon as I can justify it, I will be sure to upgrade to the subscribed version to get even more useful tools.

Prior to DroneDesk, planning was a tedious manual process, helped along with a few spreadsheets and word documents which was time consuming and prone to mistakes. DroneDesk is a well thought out app which makes planning of commercial drone jobs much easier including check lists, risk assessments, flight logs, quotes and invoicing. The developer is responsive to feedback, resolves issues quickly and has a development roadmap in place to bring more features in the future. We have fully adopted drone desk as our job planning and management system including our ops manual, so no more static check lists!

This is a great resource for drone operators. A comprehensive content and outstanding back-up support.

I have given Dronedesk 4 stars only because I havent had that much experience with using it yet, but the way things are going I am sure it will achieve 5 stars and Beyond. Im not the greatest with IT but I am finding it user friendly, to be able to access short videos to help you through a particular page is a real bonus, and of course collating all the information needed for the CAA year end.

As a product it is excellent. Disappointing part is that the basic was free and now it isnt and the more advanced features are out of price range for a small start up

I have now used Dronedesk for around a month now and I am loving all of the features. The program allows me to plan all of my jobs in one place, saving lots of time in the office! It is also very easy to use. This in turn gives me much more time to do what I love most, fly my aircraft. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking at using their drones for commercial gain as well as anyone flying recreationally.

Dronedesk is certainly worth a look and worth the subscription. It's extremely popular and whenever you ask a forum for their feedback, you'll see plenty of recommendations. We use it ourselves. The developer is very personable and has a good road map for the product. So why the 3 stars? Well, ultimately it's a great start in an arena where there are few other options, but it still fall shorts in a number of crucial areas. The tools and benefits are worth the subscription, but the flaws are just too many to recommend it as the main platform. For starters, it only works with GoogleDrive, and doesn't allow upload of files by any other means. The forms and reports cannot be customised easily, and so there is often information we don't need, whilst omitting information we do need. The interface isn't the most intuitive either. I certainly wouldn't discourage anyone from checking it out and it may prove to be perfect for you. It's just that, at the moment, for us it ticks some very useful boxes but not enough to warrant daily use.

Just found this, Its a fantastic system. I gained my Pfco last year and ever since been rather daunted with the collection of various files and information I needed to gather to enable any commercial flight. Frankly it put me off the idea of using my drone. However, DRONEDESK has given me more confidence to use the drone commercially without the drag of collating information form ad hoc apps and websites. Only signed up yesterday and entered my first job today. It's all here, great work Drone desk! and I am looking forward to using it more and upgrading eventually. Dronedesk has saved me so much time and money preparing for client work. Easy to navigate UI with features any pilot or business in the Drone industry needs to be professional and confident in getting it done. I've had other drone software approach me tonuse theirs but none came close to Dronedesk.
