Love Dronedesk! Saves a huge amount of time when planning but also helps keep track of certifications, insurance, currency etc etc. Very clean UI and super simple to use.

Dronedesk is a very comprehensive flight planning package and brings everything I ever used (and more) into one easy to use piece of software. The data it collects saves a great deal of manual effort and time when planning commercial drone flights.

We reviewed a number of management systems, but Dronedesk provided all we needed providing an easy to use graphical user interface at a price that is sustainable. This is a cloud based system, so if your security measure will not allow cloud based systems as is the case with some of our key clients, then I am sure Dronedesk would be happy to discuss your needs and possibly provide a stand alone system that can be maintained under contract.

Great software making planning and keeping records a breeze. Highly recommend the software to any UA pilot that is starting out in the commercial side.

Having assessed a few management systems for drone operations, Dronedesk stood out in terms of feature set, usability, flexibility, support and price. The developer is incredibly helpful, patient and tolerant for all of our feature requests, which are nearly always implemented in days (not weeks or months like other bigger companies). Free tier is great for new pilots, whilst the pro plan great value even for the one-man-bands.

Fantastic service which saves hours of planning time

If you enjoy flying more than paperwork, Dronedesk is for you! It makes recording flight logs and risk assessments easier and not too much of a chore. It is particularly good for assessing an area before quoting, saving time and minimising problems on site. I love it!

We run a large commercial drone business, with ten full-time pilots. We simply couldn't do our work cost-effectively without DroneDesk. Worth every penny. We strongly recommend!

A very useful resource for any drone operator, large or small. Definitely worth the monthly fee for the time it saves.

Dronedesk is the one stop place for administering all the tasks required from initial client contact through to job closure. It ensures flights are planned safely and professionally. All elements are recorded for any audit and renewal of CAA certification and the financial quotation and invoicing is also easily carried out. It is already excellent, but is being improved all the time.

On the whole I like it, planning some jobs were a fair bit easier in regards to researching local airspace users and emergency services, Also liked having the daily risk assessments pre filled out too. Being able to print a job pack with all this information was useful too However there are a couple of bits I would like to see added that would finish the product off for me. Direct DJI import - (being told its not a high priority as you can import from Airdata is a fair comment, but that costs another £6.99 a month on top of the more expensive dronedesk.) Checklists to have notes boxes to add text next to them. A tickbox to import recreational flights without having to add them to a client and location etc. So they still import and add onto our flight total and reports for CAA currency. All in all a great product with some outstanding potential

I liked the interface. It's quite good.

While we had looked at other management systems on the market and tested at least three, we found that Dronedesk offered us everything we needed for a small operator at a price that is affordable, even at the top end option. It is easy to use, as a detailed but simple dashboard and can be used on multiple devises. Above all, Dronedesk are willing to work their clients to continue to improve and shape their product to fit current and future needs. What's not to like?

Fantastic Cloud service and very easy to use / navigate. Learning curve is fast. Caters for nearly everything I want - just hoping pfco renewal is good with these logs listed. Update - pfco renewal through with no hiccups using the screenshots of logs from the app rather than my original manual / spreadsheet ones. Understand the need for income and maybe there is scope for something between Free and Pro. Friendly developer responds quickly and has built up quite a community.

Can't praise this website enough, everything in on place. Makes the planning and business side quicker and easier. And help is at hand from the developer if needed.
