Absolutely love drondesk, cuts hours and hours of planning down to minutes! Simply the best tool for pfco holders since the blue fast chargers!

Avg time to spec a job, plan the flights, create the quotes and invoices is down from hours+ to 15-20 minutes...and I feel safer knowing I've got everything in hand rather than forgetting NOTAMs or similar. Support are exceedingly responsive, incredibly in touch with what is needed in the real world and on hand whenever needed.

Fantastic bit of software that I am astonished is free to use! I fly my drone and sync my flightlogs with Airdata UVA that syncs it from DJI after each flight/job, Drone desk plugs in to that data and updates overnight automatically assigning the flights to the correct drone and and job that I created earlier. It allows you to plan a job from start to finish including a site map gathered from online mapping, and allows you to draw on your take off and landing and identify hazards, it pulls in NOTAMs relevant to your flight area as well as the weather and populates it all in to a printable work order and post flight log. I've barely scratched the surface of this but I honestly can't see how I'd have got by without it. I use it even just for my recreational or training flights. Cannot speak highly enough of it.

Excellent service and have recommended it to a few people. Well worth a look if you are still using spreadsheets to store your records. Only negative, I wish Id made the switch to Dronedesk sooner!

A great piece of software that lets my team, plan and manage all aspects of our PfCO drone work. Everything we need and integrated with DJI / Airdata software so no loosing paperwork. It literally safes us hours of work per job.

Great piece of software for drone pilots

Fantastic system for managing a drone business. Only been using it for a week so still finding way to navigate it but it seems really well thought out and looks like the perfect solution to allow us to integrate and manage all of our work in one system

Drone Desk solves a multitude of problems for me, it is a complete system to manage your jobs, something Ive been looking for for ages, it covers everything from prospecting, job planning, through to invoicing, it is highly intuitive, and the customer service is fantastic, and all of this is free ! Unbelievable Great bit of kit 👍 Thank you to the developers great job

Dronedesk changed my business for the better, it has given me more time and brain power to work on my customer needs and wants. I enjoy how easy it is to use and if you get stuck you can use there amazing videos which talks to you thought step by step. Thank you dronedesk and please carry on improving an already amazing piece of software.

Nice intuitive approach for the PfCO holder. We have so many costs to cover it's nice to free and affordable options out there. This seems very thorough and the support is great too. Well done Dronedesk!

Absolutely love this. Can't wait until there are Irish Eircodes and Phone numbers able to be added to customers and jobs. It still gets a 5 stars though for just being amazing. Thanks to the developers for all there hard work :)

It was only after a handful of jobs and completing manual plans, risk assessments, quotes etc that I thought there must be a better way? There is! DroneDesk was simple to setup and makes administration and planning of my commercial drone jobs really easy. The planning section is particularly useful, with an interact map, providing functionality to set TOAL, check distances, FRZ's, restrictions, NOTAMS, weather etc all in one place. The added benefit of being able to 'copy' jobs for repeat visits to the same site really saves time. To top it off, there is a dedicated support portal where we can report any issues, raise feature requests and these are acted upon quite quickly. If you're a commercial operator and not using DroneDesk, you should definitely take a look!

This is an excellent tool. I've imported my flight logs and equipment, all very easy using Airdata. The software keeps an eye on your insurance, PfCO renewal and currency, on top of all the great planning tools.

An amazing tool that is only getting better as time goes on with the little tweeks here and there. Next thing would be for an app but it isn't necessary as I use it well in the field already.

A brilliant piece of kit, really reducing time spent planning and the in built CRM system seems intuitive.

A real timesaver for planning UAV jobs. Everything you need in one place (checklists, quoting, flight planning, etc), and easy to customise and configure for your company's requirements. Has saved my company a lot of paperwork and time, meaning a more streamlined process in preparing for and undertaking our drone work.

A fantastic planning platform for drone operations. I love being able to see all my equipment, flight hours logged and clients in one space. Dorian is also really quick to help with any issues you might have, and is always looking to add more features.
