I've needed a tool with all of this complex functionality to make the process of planning easier and more streamlined. Compliance is a major factor too. The customer support is super responsive and always spot on.

It's an all - in - one resource for the professional drone user with the added bonus of being accepted by the CAA for checking records in the ops manual.

Amazing piece of software, it makes life so easy

Excellent experience using this product. It really does cover all aspects from planning and managing jobs, including quoting and invoicing.

Overall I cannot write this product enough and I've tried my best to let all my other colleagues in the drone industry know about this. Before using this I was using several different bits of software paperwork and things weren't very well organised. It took a little bit of time to set up and tweak according to how you wanted it to look but once organised and set up the average job only takes 30 minutes to an hour at most to set up.

As mentioned in my cons I still do prefer to have everything on paper, my ops manual states I would do this. So unfortunately I haven't used their planning software much as I'm worried when I come to renew my Pfco the caa won't accept my method of using Dronedesk as it is not what I stated in my ops manual that they accepted! I've contacted [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] a few times through Facebook and email and always had great customer service and he is always friendly...He even helped me out with a non Dronedesk related topic involving Photoshop and my logo!! - Still much appreciated and in use today !!! Thanks again [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! I look forward to using Dronedesk at the end of the year with my edited ops manual !

Great way of streamlining the flight planning process. All records are kept in the same place and are easy to find and follow up on

Many alternative systems were trialled before the permanent switch to Dronedesk was made. I find the user interface, reliability of the system and also the way it can be personalised can not be rivalled. I have always found the assistance offered by the support team to be exceptional too. Overall finding a new flight planning system was daunting, however this not only replaces the old system with everything that is required, it provides even more comprehensive information that saves a lot of admin work. The service has been approved by both administration and also active pilots.

Great software for planing fights, seems very well polished and it's in a state of software I would expect to cost a fair amount. Developer seems active on the Dronedesk Facebook page where he offers tech support and engages with the users. Has a detailed road map for the software.

Has saved me a lot of time with planning my UAV operations! Also means I don't have to take clipboards and sheets of paper with me on site, just my iPad!

Absolutely love drondesk, cuts hours and hours of planning down to minutes! Simply the best tool for pfco holders since the blue fast chargers!

Avg time to spec a job, plan the flights, create the quotes and invoices is down from hours+ to 15-20 minutes...and I feel safer knowing I've got everything in hand rather than forgetting NOTAMs or similar. Support are exceedingly responsive, incredibly in touch with what is needed in the real world and on hand whenever needed.

Fantastic bit of software that I am astonished is free to use! I fly my drone and sync my flightlogs with Airdata UVA that syncs it from DJI after each flight/job, Drone desk plugs in to that data and updates overnight automatically assigning the flights to the correct drone and and job that I created earlier. It allows you to plan a job from start to finish including a site map gathered from online mapping, and allows you to draw on your take off and landing and identify hazards, it pulls in NOTAMs relevant to your flight area as well as the weather and populates it all in to a printable work order and post flight log. I've barely scratched the surface of this but I honestly can't see how I'd have got by without it. I use it even just for my recreational or training flights. Cannot speak highly enough of it.

Excellent service and have recommended it to a few people. Well worth a look if you are still using spreadsheets to store your records. Only negative, I wish Id made the switch to Dronedesk sooner!
