Everything is in 1 place and is easy to navigate. Preparing flight plans and pulling information is easy. Since we have started using drone desk all our records are up to date and managed in one place. Flight plans are planned, written, completed and archived on drone desk and the package itself assists with planning information making it really easy to plan flights.

Dronedesk allows us to spend more time flying and less time on admin, allows for efficiencies and brings all of our paperwork and compliance into one platform. We now couldn't operate without Dronedesk, it is allowing us to make sure every light is safe and legal and see what all members of the team are up to.

Makes managing all aspects of using drones commercially so much easier. Has saved so much time and effort, can't thank them enough.

We wanted to move to a less paper driven operating system for our drone business. We tried Dronedesk but at first struggled to adapt . The support we had from Dronedesk was exceptional. They sorted our issues on a one to one basis and now Dronedesk is central to our operations. Highly recommended.

I went ahead a subscribed the within days they put the price up so I complained. The response was shall we cancel your subscription. Then an email arrives saying that I haven’t post a job yet, I was preparing jobs to start afresh with it. But what has it got to do with them and why are they looking. That type of power is dangerous in the wrong hands. If they can access my data they could use it for their own purposes or sell it. I was not warned of this and legally is represents a possible data breach. I input customers details and as a third party without permission they can access it. Most of our customers would not be happy. Also if you look into what they offer most of it can be put together without the needed to pay them and let them into your business or life. My experience is very negative so do not subscribe. You did not automatically remind me that I had not posted a job. This was done once I had shown dissatisfaction with your price hike. You entered my personal files without my knowledge for your own ends. I had no idea that you could do this and believe the break is illegal. More over I feel you wait until people invest in the platform by uploading and connecting of information then you hike the price. Not a trustworthy company.
